    Jenna

    Three Hills, Alberta

My photo session with Jenna was nothing short of incredible. As the skies turned stormy, we embraced the dramatic backdrop, capturing the essence of the moment. A couple of years prior, we had discussed the idea of heading to the mountains for a photoshoot focused on Jenna’s figure skating, and it was thrilling to finally bring that vision to life. Overall, our session was filled with creativity and spontaneity, one of my all time faves to date.

    Carson

    Calgary, Alberta

Some grads are looking to capture more than just a portrait — they want an experience that reflects the bold energy of their milestone. Some grads, like Carson, have asked to take their session downtown Calgary, using the vibrant Stampede grounds as a backdrop. The iconic cowboy energy, provides an urban canvas that perfectly matches the excitement of graduation. While it definitely gets a little wild at times, the goal is always to create images that feel alive, youthful, and unforgettable.

Many of my grads also want to be photographed with their closest friends — not just posed, but candid moments that show the bond they’ve built over the years. Whether it’s laughing over inside jokes or walking down Stephen Ave in full grad gear, these group shots often become the most meaningful part of the session.

While each grad has their own vision, the goal is always the same: to create bold, authentic images that celebrate who they are at this pivotal moment in their lives.
